Quality rotors ? 1 piece, 2 piece , etc...

Looking for info about what are the best rotors... I have the original 4 pot caliper setup on my '68.

Looks like there's a few options

1. Chinesium 2 piece (factory appearing correct) repros $$$

I'll write off this off as I'm trying to stay away from "Hecho en Chine" carp, they're a bit pricy, I've read/heard not so good things about these 2 piece repros. They may look nice/correct, but suck for actual use due to quality.

2. "USA made" (at least claimed) 2 piece (factory appearing correct) repros $$$$-$$$$$

Crazy expensive (like 2 x #1) and I'm not convinced that they're really made in USA or any better than Option #1.

Plus, for #1 & #2 : A rotor is a wear part, eventual replacement would be $$$$.

3. 1 piece typical replacements from various mfgrs $-$$

This seems like it may be the best route as there's a wide selection of mfgrs (although it may be only one & rebranding). Any ideas toward what's best ? I've had varying experiences with several name brand parts. Some OK...some not so much....usually the prob is warping long before wearing.

4. Refurb my 2 piece hubs and find just the rotor portion. I've looked at them and there are bolts holding pieces together, but mine are so rusty I can't tell what's what. Do they come apart ? Does anyone make/sell just the rotor itself for the 2 piece design ? A nice stainless disc perhaps ?!?! Does some other part/disc from another make/model fit ?

Thanks!
