Timing tape ?

Does anyone know of a timing tape that actually fits an Olds balancer. I have tried a MR Gasket it is an 1" to short and I tried a Summit brand and it's 3/4" to short. I can't see putting one on if it isn't correct. I have a 69 350 with original stock balancer.

I used the summit one on my 400 and it worked great just make sure its lined up correctly and use clear coat nail polish to cover and protect it.

Did you measure it before installing? They all will go on but are the wrong length.

I just use a setback timing light and the "0" degree mark.

I just lined up the white line to the line on the balancer I believe it was a 6 inch balancer or slightly bigger.
