1970 442 Olds Holiday Coup 442 W 31 Package Calf. Car - $9000 (Jonesville)

This is a 1970 Olds Holiday Coupe (Built in Fremont CA = BF on the body tag and the Z in the Vin #, I think it is a Special Order Car) because of the lower 4436#s at the bottom of the Body tag and (I noticed there is a #5 Stamped on top of the letter B in BDY at the top of tag it is stamped inward instead of out ward as all the rest of the #s are, on top of the B) This could mean it was the 5TH car built this way as I have found another on the Olds web sites with the same Body tag and opted. the same, but it was a #6 but had little info. about it and could not trace the owner to gather more information! Thus without a build sheet to prove it My Best Guess is it is a Holiday Coup With a 442 Opt. Package W 31, it has Rear Spoiler, Boxed Lower Control Arms , Heavy Duty Springs & Sway Bars front and back, Factory Power disc Brakes Front, Auto Dual Exhaust, Bucket seats, Dual Gate His & Hers Dual gate Shifter, 442 badges on dash and body, 442 Grills, W 25 Factory Hood with some damage but very repairable, new seat covers front and back, New Carpet from (Year One), New GM cold air Flapper, # Matching Engine and Trans for the Car 310 HP #6 Heads) and Turbo 350 with 10 Bolt rear end, New Front Fenders, New full Quarters, appears to have been a off the frame resto. New bushings, and detailed frame and Engine compartment, Most of the work has been done, Engine and Trans looks to have been rebuilt, Has #6 heads Quad 4bbl intake 1970 #s Color is Gallon Gold With Black Stripes! Call 336-835-7550 For More Info!9

I think it would be much more fun to pick apart your car (or cars). Please post detailed photos.

Well, asking prices are nothing more than a first amendment exercise. In my experience, it always takes selling a car to find out from everyone what a piece of crap it really is. But really, why should anyone wait for that?

Wow.

A 1970 442 with a 350, a 10 bolt rearend, a W car not built in Lansing, and a 310 hp W-31. That would indeed be a special combo as evidenced by the "Special Order Car #5" on the body tag.

Guys:
I may be wrong, but isn't this the same person who gave Frank of "Billions and Trillions" a positive as a good person to deal with.
Thanks, Ron

Omigod, I think I almost remember that. Yes, I believe I do. It was 5 or 6 years ago, and I posted a positive experience I had with him on a remote mirror I bought for a 67 442 I owned at the time. Someone got ALL bent outta shape over that...wazzat you? Regardless, thanks for the (irrelevant) blast from the past!

The post was not pointing out price rather pointing out multiple incorrect false claims to what it is. Lots of great parts though but just the claims for humor
