Vinal Top on 70 Cutlass Supreme

Can anyone provide any advice on how to care for the vinal top on my 70 Cutlass Supreme.

Also, is there any way to know if the vinal top on this car is the original or if it had been replaced.

A vinyl dressing would be good! But I have had mine on for 19 years now and it still looks good and I use nothing.
