Trim Tag decode reference needed

I spent some time this evening looking for a decent resource for decoding a 72 Cutlass trim tag. No luck for me. I know many on here could do it blindfolded, but I am hopeful they might just post a good link.

You know what they say, "Give a guy a fish and you feed him a meal, Teach a guy to fish and feed him for life....

thanks,
tc

I thought it was build a man a fire and keep him warm for a night- Set a man on fire and keep him warm the rest of his life.

I got nuthin on the 72 trim tag websites.

Do you have one that needs decoding?

I use the publication "4-4-2 By The Numbers" by Supercars Unlimited. See their on-line catalog at www.supercarsunlimited.com. It works primarily for the 4-4-2 model but it can also work for Cutlass/F85 in many cases. Since model year 1972 was an option for the 4-4-2, this publication should work well for your application. Post a picture of your trim tag and you'll get a host of people who will answer for you!

Dude...that is funny in a very sick kind of way... No particular tag in question, I just want to enhance my shopping experience should I run across something interesting..

The info is in the general information section of the Chassis Service Manual, also in the Fisher Body Manual.
