Help with Decoding trim tag for 1972 442 W-30

Trim tag photo attached. Have been able to get through all but the 06B that is first item in the option list line.

Is the Body number on a broadcast sheet the same as the number on the Trim Tag?

06B makes this a fairly late production car. That is the 2nd week in June as stated already. There were two cars built in July.
