Teepo gets a big trophy today!!
I went over to a "Pop's" Cruise-In Car Show in Brimfield today. I'm not exactly sure who "Pop" is, but a lot of car guys know him, and he put on 9 shows this year. He really liked my car!! That much I know, lol! Not a whole lot of cars there - I think the weather kept a lot of people away. It didn't rain, but it sure looked threatening all day. Sun came out early evening for a little while. Here's a couple pics of her newest prize!

Congratuations on another win Sandy! After you replace the left front turn signal lens (lol), you might want to bring your car to Lansing, MI next year.
Way to go!!! It's is obviously called the prettiest one for a good reason!

Nice Sandy. Everybody was at the Ravenna thing yesterday, so did the other two cars get anything at that Pop's show?
So how many drinks did it take you to soften good old Pop up at the bar?
Did you show him your battery??
Too far for me, you're crazy about all the shows over here, ain't nothing compared to the Akron area.
I stayed home and slept it off.
That whole city is built in a hole, I hate scratching and clawing up the sides trying to get out. Some end up stuck there forever, as bad as moving to the west side, they just vanish and are never to be seen again.
If you vanish and I see Larry driving Teepo I'll just figure he finally got his inheritance Sandy.
He'll probably take you cruising with him, in the trunk.
Funny how every time you spend a lot of money and I work on your car you get a trophy?

Thanks guys!! I am sooooo proud of her!
......After you replace the left front turn signal lens (lol),
I'm not replacing her lens - there's nothing wrong with it! There's a little rust behind the lens on the white paint back there that I have to fix and repaint, cause it makes the lens look a little darker. Then it will be beautiful again! Gotta get right on that rusty screw too - good thing judges didn't notice it, lol!

It is, isn't it? LOL!!! Love ya Blue..... couldn't have done it without you!!

Long time ago in a rocket galaxy far south of you, there was a family in SC who had a damn nice 1967 Ninety Eight convertible. They would bring that car to the Charlotte AutoFairs every year and we'd judge it, often purposely hard because in talking to them they wanted that car absolutely accurate and the best it could be.
We'd judge the dog crap out of it and next show, the stuff would be corrected and often improved. This went on for about four years, including one year it won Best of AutoFair.
We hosted the 1995 OCA National Meet in NC and the Suther family brought their big yellow Ninety Eight. It took Best of Class in its first Nationals, and repeated the BOC in 1960s Seniors class in 1996 in Atlanta. It has won a Preservation Award every year since. And the kicker? It is driven everywhere. It was mighty inspiring seeing that car get its BOC with three generations of Suthers standing with it.
Something tells me TeePo may be tracking that same route. Go for it, Sandy!
