Starter/alternator/water pump #'s

Starter/alternator/water pump #'s
Does anyone have a guide or listing on figuring out what part # for the original OEM starters, alternators and water pumps? I have a service manual and assembly manual but don't seem to find that in either.
I have a 1970 Rallye 350 and need a starter, alternator and water pump. I would prefer to find the right original ones and have them rebuilt.
Also, any good guide for understanding date codes on these?
Thanks!
Pat

My source shows the starter as 1108387 or 1108386. The 87 is for high compression, I assume that would be a high torque starter, I think it's the same starter for 455. The starter number is stamped on the case, the code is right near it. The first number is the year, the second letter is the month (no i), the 3rd number is the day of the month, sometimes the shift follows that. So...if it's say 6B21, it's a 1966, 1976...B=February...21st day. The alt and starter numbers are in the shop manual + the assembly manual. The water pump #'s and casting #'s are really the hardest to find.

I have found a discrepancy in the above linked water pump chart Id like to share.
Part number 230337 shows casting number 400296.
It should read casting number 400269.
68-70 350 with A.C. 5.57 230337 400296 should be 400269
68-69 400 with A.C. 5.57 230337 400296 should be 400269
68-70 455 with A.C. 5.57 230337 400296 should be 400269

Humm, with me?? Maybe....memory is the second thing to go as I age.
I have an info bucket (folders of spreadsheets in true engineering fashion) in which I dump relevant info into. 18 years of gathering info and counting. It is broken down by the year, then by the component and then down to itty bitty parts and nuances of the 64-72s with sporadic info on other years of Olds oddities, eg; 73 stick cars, 76 442 with 455, or 260 sticks etc.... I will add this to my list under H20 pumps for 68-69. Much of the spreadsheet(s) has your straight to the point facts in it! I like to get the facts right so when someone is searching they get the correct info the first time. You know as you've been fighting this for how many decades now, at least 2?
Never done learnin or forgettin LOL

What is your source for the casting #? It seems as though there is some wrong info on the oldsmobility site?
I need a water pump anyways so I would like to get the correct one if possible.
Thanks!
