I have used Ken Bruno Motorsports for alternators. He, (Ken Bruno) is a class act and does GREAT work.

For rebuilding water pumps I use a guy that is close to me here in Ontario Canada. He has rebuilt 4 water pumps for me and you get your original ones back. They are perfect! The cost to do this was 75 Canadian.

I am looking to do the same with the exact parts, found a good place here in Chicago for the alternator but have heard good things about Ken Bruno as well.

Is there any difference in a W-30 water pump, years ago I heard there was then I heard there isn't.

And actually no difference in the alternators either, just that there are not many open-faced correctly coded ones around anymore. All 442s used the same 1100890 IRC.
