Squeaky Carb (Bad CCV?)

Squeaky Carb (Bad CCV?)
Hey guys,
I have a problem with my 4-barrel q-jet squeaking when cold. It goes away after she warms up. I thought it was maybe the typical carb bolts not tight enough because I recently rebuilt the carb for an unrelated issue, but that wasn't it. I've been looking for some cracked hoses, but nothing yet. I've narrowed it down to the canister control valve (CCV) and/or canister control valve (I think they're the same?). I also recently replaced it because my mechanic told me it was broken after we rebuilt the carb. There are normally 4 ports I believe and the one I bought came with 5 ports that came with a cap to block off the 5th port. When I take off the cap, the squeak stops, but the squeak returns with the cap. Any ideas? Maybe it could be a symptom of something else wrong? I've attached a video of what it sounds like and a chart of the CCV system.

First thing that occurs to me is that you've got the vacuum hoses connected improperly. Perhaps a couple of hoses are reversed, or the wrong "fifth port" of your CCV is plugged.

I switched it to connect the CCV to the carb as my vacuum diagram has it.
the intake port which i have no idea is used for
guy before me had this carb port plugged off, but i connected it back to the CCV

Seems like you got it figured out. Good deal. No idea what the port on the manifold is intended to be used for. If your underhood decal or the service manual has a vacuum-hose illustration I suppose you could figure it out. Perhaps it's just capped-off.
I presume the CCV is no longer whistling.
