Speedmaster® Oldsmobile Fabricated Valve Covers - Polished
Anyone have these on there engine. Almost too cheap of a price to be any good.

I have seen people fab up their own valve covers like those on youtube before, if the gasket surfaces are flat and the dimensions (height, width, length, etc) are correct there is no reason they shouldn't work.

I haven't heard good things about aftermarket valve covers in general. I suppose if you're missing a set of valve covers and want to find some " on the cheap." Don't forget though that SBO and BBO use the same valve covers. You could even find a set at your local salvage yard on a 90 Buick Estate Wagon with a 307.
