Hello Gents,

I got a new top on my CS72. After (!) he installed it, my saddler told that he found some plastic parts in the trunk, it seems that the rain gutter is (or was) already broken in pieces.
To replace it, is it neccessary to take the top off ? That would be...hmm...rubbish.

It's been a while since I took mine apart, but I think the rain gutter mounts below the rear tack strips so you would not have to remove the top.

However, it would be challenging to feed the gutter in through the trunk area and get to all of the bolts/screws.

 

Could someone give me a rought measurement of the width and height in the middle area of the gutter ?
No chance to get one here over the pond.
