Replacing front springs in my Vista

Just completed replacing front springs in the VC.
Of course that lead to cleaning and painting frame, etc.
Bought an OTC spring compressor, worked great, no injuries.
Enclose are some highlights of the job.
Happy Thanksgiving

Nice work!
That can be an intimidating project.
And everything looks good!

Im thankful you didn’t take a spring to the chest!

Ha, thanks. It definitely was a little intimidating, but I took my time and had no distractions.
Between removal, cleaning, priming / painting and installation it took 4 days.
Allowing the paint to dry was the longest part

Very nice work! Just curious, what is the Code/color of your VC, it looks very close to my '67 4-4-2 which is Color Code "K"/Aquamarine?

Yes, Aquamarine. Is your interior black?

Odd, when I initially responded above the pic of your car was not showing up yet? Gorgeous car, I'm sure you get lots of compliments on the color. The Aquamarine really, really caught my eye when I first saw my car, it was a big selling point. One of the prettiest colors Old's ever made in my opinion, but I'm just a little biased!
