Same here. Took a month or two first time around to get my acct activated, then they killed it out of the blue last year along with a bunch of others turned into 'guest' accts. I emailed the admin longgg ago, still no response.

That website is poorly run. Whoever runs that site is a JOKE. I am surprised it has any members. Classic Olds is where its at!

I must admit though... there are a lot of posts on ROP and I go there frequently to check posts, search olds threads, etc. Some good info there. Just can't post is all.

I've been on there for years and access it several times a day. Tons of great info on there. Not sure why some people have issues accessing it though.

I think its pretty well known why people cant access it.

If you are a racer, there is a lot of info. You just have to weed thru all the bitching and hatred to find it. Other than that, theres not much more than political fighting and name calling.

Nothing to see here move along. Its a good site with lots of good info and smart Olds people. If you can't get in its still worth scanning for the content but like mentioned above you will have to take the good with the bad.

Just gotta know the secret password I visit almost every day, CO, ROP, and UHC. Yep lots more hugs on CO, skin has to be pretty thick on ROP as well as UHC. If the stuff is too much, just lurk, you don't have to mix it up. still a lot of info out on these boards. All three have good and not so good, just sayin...................

Keep trying. I created an account and waited to be 'approved' and never heard and all of a sudden one day (several months later) I logged in with no problem and have been fine ever since.
@oldzy - I, too, noticed 'inline tube' is a swear word on that site. I wonder why?

Apparently b/c of 'libel' against them. They sent out letters n such from lawyers. I find that so hilarious b/c the company I lasted worked had a forums and had the same issue, and we sent out libel 'cease and desist' letters ourselves and from our lawyers. I was also the forums admin, had to delete posts/threads, block IP's, etc. It was a complete joke all around... and those so called 'libel letters' only scare the weak.

I have had no real probs with ILT. 99% of all the repro parts I have got so far have been from them, and I have spent thousands there so far. Getting emails answered is not the greatest, but other than that, no probs other than some wrong length bolts. I like their site (although not really Firefox friendly). I also like their 'color' catalog, eBay setup (little pics from the assembly manual are a nice touch), etc.

I registered and couldn't log on for a couple of weeks so I contacted the administrator. It took just that effort and I was able to get on from then on. Trouble is, I don't go there that often. I like this site better!

ROP is a joke run by liberal loons. If you don't drink their Kool-aid you're edited or gone. That and the constant argumentation made it a waste of my time years ago.

I used to be a member, and then my account never worked after a year. Emailed Russell Hunt numerous times without a response. I've had ROP members contact him on my behalf, and still did not get a response. Go ahead and try the below email address, and see if you can get him to respond to you.

rushunt@lorettotel.net

In my opinion, the people I've met on this site have been able to answer most questions I have had, and there seems to be a real sense of community.
