peel ans seal?

peel ans seal?

Hello folks,

I order the por15 and stripped my carpet out, and now am scratching my head on what sound deader to use, I've hear peel and seal is cheap and works great, anyone used this stuff?

Sorry, no sticky side but it's supposed to be a good heat/sound deadener.

Eastwood has a good peel and stick sound deadener. It is pretty easy to work with, and does a good job.

I bought some Fatmat off ebay. It sticks really well as long as the metal is dry. 50 sq ft does the passenger compartment. I can tell you it really elimintes the "tinny" sound of the floorpan, doors, etc.

I am also leaning toward the fatmat. Thinking of their rattle trap though. It's 80 mil thick compared to 50.
