Thumbs up Rock Auto does ROCK!!!!!!

I have been a customer with Rock Auto for about 8 years.
Always a square deal and fast shipping....but, the last couple of orders had some issues.
Called and spoke to the CEO, and he made it right.
Customer service is the way to get and keep customers.
Rock Auto will always get my business - great folks to do business with.

Very much agreed here, too. No negatives from me after 1000's of dollars's worth, except the complexity on figuring shipping costs and locations. Very minor issue though...

They are good. My only problem is the shipping costs... guess it's only because of my location (Canada). But over $20 to ship a $4.00 oil pressure switch!?

Ah well, good thing there are local suppliers.

That's where a US mail forwarding address comes in handy. I have one about 1/2 hr away, and use it sometimes when shipping seems pricey. You also save the brokerage, which is a killer, especially UPS.

It is nice to have the option to have it delivered to a US address. Have to pay $20 a month though for the service.

Also... I just ordered two disc brake prop. valve/bracket screws from ILT for $4.00. Shipping was $11.00 shipping via the slowest possible USPS service... been over a week now and still nothing.

Too bad their shipping is so high. Seems like the #1 complaint.

Yes they do Rock , only problem is sometimes they don't list certain parts for my 69 ... but with a little Detective work through other web sites I am able to just do a Part # search and get the best prices through them . Just got my Spectra Premium gas tank GM-34C for $112.99 with and only $20 shipping to Chicago very Happy everyone else online were almost double if not more they even had the straps for Spectra Premium ST49 for $25.79,,,
