Need a refresher on Number Locations please

The VIN derivative number is stamped onto an iron pad on the engine block located on front LH side of engine behind the ALT (sometimes makes it difficult to see) & just below cyl. #1. The TH-350 transmission VIN derivative number is stamped onto the LH side of the transmission & the axle number is stamped on the RH side of the rear axle. If others haven't provided images, diagrams by the time I finish typing this, I'll provide you w/ several.
