OK, if I'm following you right the ball piece screws into the side of the block. Then there's a washer or bushing that is curved to fit against the ball. The third thing is the adjustment rod to adjust how much you have to press on the clutch pedal before the throwout bearing begins to dis-engage the clutch.

I would think the ball and washer/bushing would be the same for Omega's as the Cutlass/442. The adjusting rod I'm not sure about as the Omega likely used a different Z bar.

I found the washer/bushing on Fusick's 442 catalog page 49, part number CSB349 They call it a nylon bushing and charge $7.50 for a pair, it requires 2.

I know I've got some pictures of the Z-bar placement on a Cutlass. But here's a photo with the threaded hole for the ball to go into. Look at the bellhousing alignment pin back by the flexplate. Then look to the left of that an inch. Note the round milled pad with a hole in the center of it? That's the location. Some later engines didn't have this and there's an aftermarket setup that can be used. I know there was a thread discussing that a few months ago.

In this picture its directly below the coil

One more shot of the same 1973 350 engine, here the hole is below and to the right of the freeze plug

If I can find the pictures of the Z-bar in the car I'll post another message to your thread. John
