Help Identifying Dash Screws

I am looking to do some work to my dash and want to remove the pad.... however there are screws I've never seen before. Does anyone know what these are called? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I believe that is a clutch head drive. There are 3 sizes.

Harbor Freight sells a screwdriver bit combo for about 10 dollars that includes clutch drive. They fit standard magnetic screwdrivers. It includes Hex, Torx, Security Hex and Torx, Phillips, Flat, Clutch, Spline, Square, Posi-Drive (which incidentally fits most GM sill-plate screwheads) and a few other bit types. Well worth the investment because you will run into most of those on cars eventually. As long as you don't go all Magilla Gorilla with them they will last for the home hobbyist.
