Help decoding g trim tag

I was informed there are a few odd options on this car so was wondering if some one could help me decide this tag
1972 cutlass/f85?

Along with the mind reading, the x-ray vision thing still isn't working either. Perhaps you could clean the crap off of it and take a picture from directly overhead and not at an oblique angle.

It's a Cutlass Hardtop Coupe (3287) built in the Arlington, TX plant (R)
The 917 trim code is white vinyl bench seat. A52 is the RPO code for the bench seat, which was the standard and only seating offered in the Cutlass Hardtop Coupe for 1972 (buckets were available on the Cutlass S and Supreme lines, but not the Cutlass line that year). Lower body color is Nordic Blue (24). The upper body or roof color is still covered with crud. The build date is June (06) but I can't read the week. The rest of the tag is still covered with whatever that stuff is (looks like sawdust).

Unfortunately, there isn't a lot of additional info there. 06D is build date fourth week of June, 1972. Both upper and lower body colors are 24 Nordic Blue, so not a two-tone car and no vinyl roof. The 0566 keys to the build sheet. Arlington did this the way Fremont did.

Good question. 1972 was a funny year for a lot of reasons. One thing Olds did was mix and match model names with style lines. In prior years, the 32xx cars were F-85s, the 36xx cars were Cutlass (and sometimes Cutlass S), the 42xx cars were Supremes, and the 44xx cars were 442s. In 1972, the 3269 is an F-85 Town Sedan, but the 3287 is a Cutlass Hardtop. The 3669 is a Cutlass Town Sedan, but the 3677 is a Cutlass S Sport Coupe and the 3687 is a Cutlass S Hardtop Coupe.

Clear as mud...

Keep in mind that these are all just marketing names for the same basic cars. The differences are in what was the base equipment for the MSRP, and in some cases, what options were available. As I noted, for 1972, it was not possible to get bucket seats in any 32xx series car, as an example. If you wanted buckets, you had to get a 36xx or 42xx series car.
