Please don't take this the wrong way Joffroi, I went out and got an extra set cut when you locked your keys in the trunk. It was like $1.50 at my hardware store. It's always my luck after laughing at others mishaps that it happens to me, better safe than sorry.

Every time I get another car I get a spare set of keys cut. I go to a local shoe repair shop, they keep old GM blanks and charge me £3 per key ($4.50). Once I enquired about the same job at a national franchise outlet, they wanted to charge £35 and I would have to wait for the keys to be specially imported. I hadn't laughed so long in ages!.

Sorry guys,
I missed the questions on where I found the keys. They were in my bedside table drawer, no where close to where they should have been. I'm pretty sure my 3 year old or 1 year old got a hold of them and put them there. I now have them on my daily driver ring so I have them all the time. Granted I don't need or like the extra keys, but at least I know where they are.
