I've always been a fan of the '73-'77 Montes...but, thank goodness Rolls Royce put an end to this abomination.

This had to belong to Huggy Bear. What a way to ruin a Monte Carlo.

Skill and execution. I don't have the skill to perform an execution like this, but I will tip my hat to the builder, and execute the abomination.

Suh-wheet!

Super Fly on a budget!

It's a good entry level car. But, of course, we all aspire to be rollin' in....

Here is a Custom Cloud. It is a Monte Carlo with the front and back end replaced with thick fiberglass body parts. It's purpose was for the car dealers to buy a Custom Cloud and put it in their showrooms to attract customers to buy their other cars. Sales were going awesome until 100 were built. Then Rolls Royce discovered the car. They put a lawsuit on the creator Jon Tedesco of Florida. Production was stopped and that ended the Custom Cloud.

To be fair, the 76 Monte Carlo was pretty ruined to start with.

Matter of opinion, my friend. Say what you will about the '73-'77 "A" bodies with their smog-equipped, de-tuned engines...but, they were hugely popular in the day.

They were popular way back when. I will add they are just starting to garner some collectable interest now.

The ones I've seen were monotone and a hell of a lot more tasteful.

Hard to understand
What a hell of a man
This cat of the slum
Had a mind, wasn't dumb
But a weakness was shown
'Cause his hustle was wrong
His mind was his own
But the man lived alone
