Can anyone identify this power trunk?

I Just found this in a box tonight and trying to figure out what it fits. Can anyone identify them. I thought it was for Oldsmobile because it came from the barn find and he had almost only Oldsmobile stuff. I looked at pictures on ebay for over a half hour and can not find anything close.

I had a 64 F85 with power trunk option (button in glove box). It looks a lot like the one on my 64 but not sure

I don't believe power, as in power, trunk started until 68. That looks to be a power solenoid. Vacuum trunk release, on the other hand, was around in the 50s until it got replaced by power.

I do know the 67 A body had vacuum trunk release, and it went power soon after (maybe 68.)

Nothing against you, but I think your information is a little off because my 63' Olds Starfire Coupe has power trunk.

Not sure what car this might go to tho.....

Huh, that's odd. Why would a manufacturer do it two different ways?

Appreciate the info.

my 68 Olds has vacuum powered trunk release.

The electric one looks to me like mid 70's to maybe G-body type.

I have ONE system in my stash from a 64? Buick? - get this - it's vacuum operated, but not ENGINE vacuum. In the glovebox was a big ****. You pull on that **** and it is attached to a large piston about 2-3" diameter, which creates the vacuum which is routed to the trunk actuator.

You where correct actually!
Not power (as in electric)
Mines vacuum operated, sorry I misread your comment!
I just love Oldsmobile guys! Chevy guys would've tried to make an argument out of this. Haha
