i was in the process of selling my sx455 but had a problem with car color and the appraiser they valued my car at 23 and the seller wanted 28 to pocket 8, the buyer just showed up 2day with a 71 chevelle hard top SS clone! he paid 16,000 plus finance carges! and guess what he was refered by the appraiser!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! the funny part is his SS clone has a bench seat, square dash, and a 350/350!! LOL!! he paid 16 plus finance charges!! and the only thing SS about his car is the after market hood without ram air and emblems he dosnt even have boxxed control arms/sway bar!! LOL!!!! he just bought a regular chevelle/malibu with new paint, int, rebuilt motor, and rebuilt trans for around 20, LOL!!!

 

dont get me wrong the paint was very very nice and the car looked great!! but 16 plus finance for a regular hard top?? i guess viper blue with black racing stripes is the way 2 go, LOL!!!! i cant wait till oldsmobiles sell like chevys!!

 

For some reason....the Chevy's bring in way more money. NO idea why really.....obviously demand...
but I still think 442 clones and the like should bring in as much if not more.

But sadly they don't......
