I've seen this on Craigslist several times and not trying to insult because I really don't know. What makes that an anywhere close to 7500.00 car?

$2500-3000 grand for a regular Cutlass in that shape so maybe 3500-4000 for a factory 455 car? Not offering just my observation. Someone else with more SX knowlege than me may think I am off base.
