70 SX455 - Restoration project

Here are my before and some after pictures. As it sits right now I have removed the interior and sandblasted the inside, then replaced some bad spots in the floor. I epoxy sealed the floor and painted the parts that can be seen and some extra to be safe. I also took all the dash appart to clean everything, thanks to the sand.

I don't have pictures of it yet, but I have fixed the left side and I am about to primer and block sand it, then I will move to the right side. I hope to be in full paint within the next 2 or 3 weeks.

What a project, Good luck. I am in the same boat, I just picked up a 70SX and am in the process of taking the body off the chassis and starting there with my restore project.

the only saving grace is that the car is in Colorado so there isn't much rust and the rust I did find is easy to fix. Although I am replacing the fenders and trunk lid. You can tell the car was sitting for a long time. I will keep you posted on my progress

Is the info there worth the $25 membership?
