Does anyone have a home repair for the ashtray tracks. I hate to chuck it just because the track is bad. Thanks

 

Do you have the piece of the track that broke? If so, you might be able to glue it back together. If not, is the track on the other side in good condition? If so, use JB Weld to reconstruct the broken track and use the good track as a template.

BTW, what car is it your working on. Is it the center ashtray or one that goes in a door?

 

3D printing would be my choice to repair that. Would be extremely easy. Can you get the rivets out without killing the rest of the track? If so, you'd be able to measure the cross-section and holes. See if anybody near you provides the service. I know quite a few guys with home printers and they make small parts like this all the time.
