What is this Power trunk release for?

I have this power trunk release, I think its for an 88 or 98, anyone recognize it?
The bolt pattern is very close to the A body

I have one as well. I thought it was G body originally, but after some research, it looks to be 71-76 full size and 73-77 A-body.
Here is a link to the one I have listed with wiring and switch for $50. Listed for over a year, no interest.

Thanks, I guess I’ll just keep it unless someone needs it…which it appears no one does..hehe.
it can be a spare solenoid for my release.

I use them all the time, when I remove trunk key switches, on Kustoms. GM used them for MANY years, so they are pretty common. They also work great, and last a long time.

Do the trunk lock mechanisms have different bolt patterns? I have an electric release that I removed from a 73 fleetwood that is currently on my 62 cutlass. My memory is telling me it was a direct bolt on but now I’ll have to look.
