***SOLD***Nice all original 1969 Oldsmobile 8 track demonstration tape. These came in all the cars equipped with the optional 8 track tape player. If your show car has the 8 track tape player it should have this tape. The tape has been tested and works good. The lable has some wrinkles which is very typical for the '69 tapes. The lable end has come unglued and can be easily fixed. This tape was made in December 1968. PM me if interested.

 

 

I might add to the buyer. Use it as icing on the cake. In other words, don't try to play it or you may damage it or your player. That tape is bound to be really, really brittle by now and will probably break, or at the very least stretch. I used to work on Reel type tape recorders in the Navy back in the day and our tapes would become unuseable after a few years easily.

 

Your information about WWII reel to reel tapes has no relevence to my 8 tracks. I test every one and give the results, good or bad. I must be lying when I say they work. Thanks for your help.

 

I didn't mean any offense to you sir. Just sharing my experience with that recording medium, WWII era, Vietnam era, whatever. I am glad that it works.
