You need to edit your post and upload the picture properly. I tried to but I can't figure it out on my Droid.
FWIW, the air cleaner decals are adhered to the air cleaner. You can get reproductions at Fusick with sticky backing. I'm not sure what kind of glue they use that's heat resistant.

1968s used "pie plates" which were pieces of metal. The sticker looks like it has a piece missing because it goes on the convex plate and it gets held down by the washer. 1969 uses a sticker on the air cleaner lid, no plate. Both use the washer and the nut. Dr. Decal is your sticker place.
So, a pie plate decal is only attached to the pie plate, and, is thus, removable from the air cleaner. A 1969 sticker is stuck to the lid. 68 is only held down by the wing nut and the washer.
