Anyone know of aftermarket or useable type hose that can be used for the A/C dash ducts? Mine have literally deteriorated to the point they are falling apart, tearing or shreddding. Thought about buying round and trying to square them but I am just not that talented. Thanks all

 

To my knowledge I was not able to find any, I ended up taking the round and working them over the square ends and then zip tying them for the drivers side. For the passengers side I had the ends 3D printed to take round hose.

 

What size hose did you use?

 

I believe Ames sells th3m for the Pontiac’s.

 

Look at the site Aircraftspruce.com, they are an aircraft supply place. Type "scat hose" in the search. It is a neoprene hose with wire reinforcement. It is used in aircraft to move air around. It comes in various sizes up to 6 in or more. Simple to use, you can leave the wire in or pull some of it out and clip it off to install around ducts.
