So my car decided to overheat right on sunset..fun. Blew out the lower hose.

 

Did it actually overheat or was it a defective hose? I had a cheapo 5 year old hose do that - just bad quality. Since then it was Gates all the way.
Hopefully it was that and nothing major wrong with the car.
