Where do we start:
Striping, badging, OAI, FE2 HD suspension, F Heads, 7040258 or 7040256 carb, aluminum intake, limited slip rear. The V.I.N. should have an M (Lansing) 1111979 or 1111977 distributor. OW auto trans tag or Muncie.
These are just some things to look for but Im sure people will chime in. Keep in mind all these parts could be obtained and put on a car built in MI technically. Documentation is would be key but that too could be faked I guess? Original build sheets from Lansing are rare but that would good documentation and the holy grail of paper work would be the original broadcast card that will have the VIN and W-30.
All this stuff could be faked depending on the level of knowledge, skill, fraud and deceit so one must look at the whole picture.
Lets see what your looking at so the jury can give an opinion.
P.S.
Just re-read your post and I missed that you have a build sheet. Some things I mentioned will be on the build sheet but not all.

If it has a build sheet, it likely isn't a W30. All W30's were built in Lansing and it's been pretty well established on this forum that most paperwork, including all build sheets were stripped out of all of the cars at the end of the assembly line. I don't believe that anyone has yet documented a Lansing built car with a build sheet. If you have one the car was likely built in either Fremont, CA or Linden, NJ. The plant location will be on the build sheet and coded into the vin of the car

Your car, like all of mine, was built in Linden, NJ. Looks like a pretty nicely optioned car. One question on the build sheet. The very last option listed is Y68 Color Comb, and then the rest is cut off. I have exactly the same thing on one of my build sheets but the rest of the phrase is also cut off. What is the entire description for the Y68 code? I know it's for an unusual color combo but curious how it's actually listed. What is the color combo for your car? It's cut off on the top of your pic. Interested in knowing why it's considered unusual. In my case it was a Sherwood Green car with a white convertible top, a saddle interior and gold stripes.
