Would it be a recessed J or embossed? Are you sure drivers side? Any other numbers?
Do the casting numbers 398662 mean anything? I see one with a J on pax side of t-stat housing

Casting numbers are raised. Be aware that both the H/O intake and the run-of-the-mill 68-69 BBO intake have a "J", but in different places. The common intake is casting number 398662. The H/O intake is casting number 405233. Of course the H/O intake has the nipple for the PCV valve sticking up behind the t-stat crossover.

A common 68-69 BBO intake isn't worth $350. A correct 1969 H/O intake is probably worth ten times that.
