'68 Cutlass High position fan switch

Know it's been discussed (and cussed) but cannot seem to find the answer here. A/C system has been changed to new bracket mount for Sankyo compressor/new belts/new (old) C**** Astrovan rear unit in the spare tire wheel well. Worked G-R-E-A-T on the shakedown cruise to Texarkana AK two weeks ago for the 1st leg of the Hot Rod Power Tour, and back home. Got in it yesterday, and the "HIGH" position fan output doesn't work. Low and medium do. Where is the in-line fuse under the hood?
THANKS!

There is a fusible link that runs from the junction block (horn relay) to the relay right behind the brake booster on top.
