my W30 intake is so thin that I used a really thick felpro intake gasket set. Not sure the number but I can check tomorrow.

I built my 455 up from a bare block, with Dave Smith worked W-30 heads, and Edelbrock Performer intake. Looked up the gaskets used, and here's the list. FelPro FEL-KS2613 master kit, which includes PermaTorque sandwiched steel head gaskets. FelPro FEL-MS96004 Valley pan intake gasket, Mr Gasket MGR-5945 Ultra Seal header gaskets, Mr Gasket MRG-5971 collector gaskets, and Summit SUM-G1490 SS 7/16" shouldered header bolts. Dave Smith recommended a light Peratex copper spray on the head gaskets, so what I did. Used Permatex #2 on all the others, ran a bead of RTV on the front and rear intake surfaces, instead of the rubber end pieces. Also had the rear crank rope seal ridges machined off, and used a Ford 460 two piece neoprene rear main seal. Put this engine together in the 90's, and not a leak or drop of fluids anywhere. The Mr Gasket Ultra Seal header gaskets look pretty standard, but are actually wire mesh cored, and only need to be torqued once.

I saw on e-bay the two intake manifold rubber gasket that go on the end for a 455.
Very reasonalbe $150.00 WTF!!
But they did have GM stamped on them and NOS! Just what you need 40 year old rubber gaskets, what could go wrong.
