1967 442 Carb to Pump Line

I ordered a new line from the carb to the fuel pump because mine is leaking a bit and that can't be good.
So I called The Right Stuff Detailing and ordered a new line.
It came in today and it is a bit short 1/8" to 1/4" and I can't stretch it to make it fit.
The line on the car is the original line not a reproduction just for reference sake.
I call the company and was pleasantly helped to resolve the situation.
They had only sold 12 in the past 5 years with no problems reported.
I sent photos for them to see the difference.
This company has been very decent to deal with today and in the past so I'm sure this will get resolved very quickly.
Any other 67 442 owners have problems with the carb fuel line?

I just replaced mine on a 70 this week. Had some problem hooking mine up. The line is hard the re bend by its self. What I ended up doing, to get mine to line up, was to take the carb off, and then hold it in a position to start the line. Then when the carb was hooked hook up, the carb gave me leverage, to kind off pull and bend the line, to where it fit. Can you hook the pump side up, and then look and see how far you would have to pull and bend it, when the carb is hooked up?

I would have to stretch the metal line which is not a choice. The supplier is working on the situation.

Aftermarket parts rarely fit without some tweaking, even with Right Stuff's exemplary reputation. It looks like the 90 is too tight of a radius. I'd make it go, as mentioned.

I really, really, hate to say this, but Inline Tube sent me a small block Chevy line last year that fit just fine. Of course, if there is any fuel pump to carb line in the repop world that should fit right, it's the three billion SBCs out there.
