On a 455, Is it normal for the Carb line to be 3/8 fitting and the Fuel pump to be 1/4? Also where can I find a factory steel line from pump to carb?

 

I think Fusick might sell the line all you can always bend one up.

 

I checked there but dont see what I need. Some one posted a page on this last week from a vendor. It even had the pics of the lines. But I cant find it now and did not note the vendor when I saw it.

Any one else got a vendor for these?

I found it at Inline Tube. Now my question is a 425 fuel line for a 2 barrel the same as a 455?

This is my first Olds engine. So I am not familiar with any interchange from other Olds engines.

Any and all help with this would be great. I really need to start this engine soon and this is really hold me up.

 

No - carb inlets are different. Must be for 4-barrel.
Try the Parts Place - they're pretty knowledgeable.
