I don't have the '56 book, but according to the '55 manual, you have a:
1956 88 sedan, built in Atlanta, polar white over turquoise metallic. No factory added accessories.
The trim number will tell you the seat style & colors, but for that we would need a '56 manual.

Dug up my 1956 Olds shop manual. It mostly confirms what the previous responder posted. The serial# indicates an 88 built at the Wilmington Assembly Plant in Atlanta. The style # = holiday sedan. The paint code is Turquoise/Alcan White. I also don't have a trim code source. You might contact SMS Auto Fabrics as they could send you fabric samples based on your trim#.
