64-67 stick floor hump reproduced

I came across this on ebay a few months ago. It looked kinda correct and ordered one...hmmm 50 bucks not quite a bargain. I have pictures here of this part compared to an original I cut out of a 67 442. The pictures show the non console boot mounting ring with the new part. It looks really close. The only thing is the opening in the new part appears slightly smaller than the factory piece as shown in the last picture but it is for sure a workable piece. I hope to convert the Cutlass wagon over to manual floor shift.

Very good info Joe! I was in a yard this past fall, and it had a '64 'vert cutlass with the hump hole. The tunnel was real clean. I probably should go back and get it....

Erik, its always good to have xtra parts if you could grab that hump....

If you just search ebay for 64 Chevelle floor hump you should find them. I see now there are a few vendors selling the same thing. I think mine came from The Parts Place.

Thats been out for years now. I used one to repair mine 8 years ago. Hole is smaller and youll have to trim it to fit a Hurst shifter.

Cool, better late than never, but I have not seen them on Ebay till recently. Maybe its because someone just put Olds in the listing and thats when I saw it. I guess soon it should be appearing in the Olds catalogs. I know the 68 and up hump has been around for a long while. Glad to hear it worked out for you, thanks. Thanks for the info on fitting it as well.

NPD is a few miles from me, anything they sell that crosses with an Oldsmobile I buy there. That plate is for a Chevelle.

Thru doing this I found out that the 65 GTO rear deck filler piece between the trunk and back window is the same as a Cutlass. I cut mine out and welded in the GTO piece. Still, its only sold for GTOs and not Oldsmobiles.
