You don't think a 400 cubic inch displacement engine with a 4.25" stroke doesn't make enough torque to fry the rear tires?

In case you didn't know, that engine was rated 290hp @ 4600 RPM and 425 ft-lbs @ 2400 RPM. That's enough torque to do some serious damage to the rear tires.

They carry a replacement but would need to turn it in to a 3.42 gear from talking with them. Anybody know or dealt with this company?
I put their carrier in my 2.78 peg-leg rear and installed 3.90 Richmond gears back in '06. No problems so far, and oh, my little 350-2bbl has no problems spinning both rears.

Sweet find BTW. The vinyl top looks to be in good shape, original too? I think the vinyl top is the icing on the Holiday coupe cake.
