Blower on High only?
I have a 72 cutlass convert. 350 4bbl, factory air. The blower for the AC only seems to work on high. In the lower positions nothing seems to happen. Is there a different relay or fuse of something or is it the blower itself?

It's under the hood on the passenger side.

The resistor pack is gone. High speed bypasses this resistor.
