1971 Cutlass Supreme convertible.
Looking for information about where the trunk light wire connects into the wiring harness. I've cleaned up the light and contacts but I have no 12v on the wire.

Any help on where the 12v wire connects to the wiring harness, I'm guessing under the hood someplace? All of the fuses in the block under the dashboard are good and all of my other lighting is working fine.

It should be an orange wire emanating from the wiring harness into the trunk. The wiring harness is held to two clips located on the LH (driver) side in the trunk. The orange wire leaves the wiring harness first (early) to connect to the hinge mounted lamp holder.
