1964 turn signal switch

Does anyone have an idea where you can buy a turn signal switch/cam assy for a 1964 full size Olds ? Fusicks does not carry this part. eBay doesn't ever seem to have them.
Alternately, are they rebuildable ? This car has cornering lights - does that dictate a different switch, or were they all the same with add'l harness connections ?
Thanks for the help.

Turn Signal Sw.

It made a difference on my '67 Cutlass. There were two types of switches made by two manufacturers- one was a Delco and the other was a red unit with two sets of wires/plugs and was marked "BPM". This red sw. was used in my car, which originally had the cornering lights (removed by previous owner). I found it after quite a lot of eBay-surfing. I seem to remember "The Parts Lady" as a source for some of my '67 parts. Try looking up that site on eBay Motors- Auto Parts. I'll look further into my records to get the correct source. Jim

Not saying they still supply it, but this is the type of thing Motormite/Dorman (aka HELP rack at your parts store) may well have cataloged. There is also a Chinese importer that has gotten into reproduction of vintage turn signal switches big time.

You might also try these guys:

They don't show the specific year application, but that does not necessarily mean they don't actually have what you need, only that they don't catalog it that way.

still thinking ....

Thanks for the help so far, esp. the part numbers. Maybe I do not need a new switch, just an adjustment?

It will flash the turn signals in both directions when it wants to. Other times just one direction and not the other. It is fussy coming back to center. If it does not center properly, it will mess up the brake light circuit.

Does this sound like a bad part? Dried grease in the switch/cam? Weak springs? Cleaning or replacement?

This car has tilt wheel - what part(s) are located just under the steering wheel, and what is the terminal block mounted on the steering column closer to the floor?
