CTEK battery charger

I've been using the supplied clamps to hook up my ctek charger to the 442 but I'd like to switch over to the supplied terminals. The only problem I have is that my battery cable terminals use the spring ring ends for the battery posts rather than the normal style. I don't want to replace the cables or the ends just for this.

So - can I hook up the terminal to the horn relay and the ground to the core support? This would make the ctek harness inline with the positive wire inning from the battery and would provide a good ground as well. Can anyone see any issue with this?

That will work just fine, assuming all connections are clean and tight.

Thanks Joe. I just wanted some reassurance that I wasn't overlooking anything
