Where can I find a diagram?

Hey all I'm looking for an assembly diagram of the rear view mirror map light for my '72 Supreme. I've checked the CSM, the assembly manual and the body service manual. I would have thought it to be in the assembly manual, but maybe I didn't dig deep enough?🤔

Dave - They don't want you finding any diagrams related to the mirror map light. It's simply a plain mystery only spoken about on rare occasions by the elders while sitting in a circle around a camp fire during full moon with vast knowledge passed down from the ages. 😉

They're lovely items to try & get to work aren't they?

This may assist...

72 Cutlass Mirror Map Light Question
Thanks Norm....after perusing the above posted link, maybe I'll just leave it be. However, it did work in the not-too-distant past, so I'd like to at least give it a shot.

It was no different in the mid-70s when I owned my '72 442 - that mirror light is plain evil. Mostly, IIRC, it was the springy contact to the copper foil. The springy contact never held it's springy contact form/position and I had to remove it and bend it on more than a couple occasions. It's a finicky bugger.
