Ground strap

1970 Olds 442. I know there is the ground strap at the back of the engine that grounds to firewall. I bought new hardware for the strap and it comes with two screws and two bolts as if there are two ground straps. I wasn’t aware of an additional strap other than the one located on back of cylinder head/to firewall ?
Can anyone confirm? Fusicks and ILT sell kits wit enough for two straps?
I know an additional ground couldn’t hurt but I want to know what’s correct?

When I removed the heads from my 71 98 there was a ground strap on the passenger's side only. It went from the firewall to the bolt that held the transmission dipstick and went through the transmission bell housing.

The only thing on the driver's side was the negative battery cable.

Correct. That is what's shown in the PIM.
