blinkers not working

I have a 76 cutlass supreme and all my blinkers quit working, the indicator comes on but does not blink but the hazards do. I have replaced the 2 prong flasher in the fuse box and that didnt help any, there is what looks to be a 3 prong flasher hanging near that but i cant find it online or at any parts stores. any help in diagnosing this issue would be greatly appreciated. if it would help i can attach a picture of the 3 prong flasher when i get a minute. TIA

The one on the fuse block is for the 4 ways, there is another by the steering column on a pigtail.

It's the same as the one in the fuse block and they are interchangeable.

The turn signal circuit is designed such that if a bulb is burned out, the indicator comes on but does not blink. Have you verified that the bulbs are good? Note that an open circuit in the wiring will act the same as a burned out bulb.

I haven’t checked the side markers but the front and rear lights are good. I would have thought it would just blink fast if there was a bad bulb but I’m used to newer cars

Norm, that stuff is gold now, very hard to come by. Almost as rare as 50 ft. of flight line.
