Turn signal/ backup blown fuse

The fuse blows when key is turned on. I've unplugged the turn signal switch and it still blows when key is turned on...
I hope one of the electrical gurus can help me diagnose this, thanks

The wiring diagram in your CSM is a better place to get help. Look at the fuse box in the center of the diagram and you'll see that there are two green w/white stripe wires coming off that fuse. One runs to the NSS to feed the backup lights and the other runs to the flasher under dash. My money is on the flasher wire having rubbed through somewhere, but it could be either of those. Also, there is a blue w/white stripe wire that feeds the optional speed warning buzzer. If that pigtail is loose, it might have grounded on something.
