75 Cutlass Turn Signals

My 75 turn signal lights all illuminate and stay solid no blink. I replaced the blinker on the fuse panel and still no luck. Can anyone direct me to the next thing to look for?

The flasher on the fuse block is for the four-way flashers. Look above and behind the bottom edge of the dashboard, to the left of the steering column and you should find the turn signal flasher mounted in a clip. Watch that clip- some have sharp edges and will slice fingertips trying to get the flasher out.

^^^What he said...there are two flashers. One on fuse panel for four way flasher and the other one under the back of the dash below the instrument cluster.
